2.3 Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, bonus benefits will be cancelled and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported to e28 bat immediately.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Source of Funds

4.4 Cryptocurrency

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Other Promotions

e28 bat runs the following promotions:

• Weekly Reload Festival: 30% bonus on weekly deposits, up to a maximum of ৳6,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• Slot Adventure Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to a maximum of ৳5,000; wagering 20x; applicable once per day.
• Birthday Gift: Verified members receive a reward of up to ৳1,500 during their birthday month; wagering 10x.
• Weekend Cricket Deposit Boost: 40% bonus on deposits in the cricket section on Fridays and Saturdays, up to a maximum of ৳8,000; wagering 15x.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus amount is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion may be participated in only once per account, unless otherwise stated.
• If any fraud or abuse of the bonus system is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• e28 bat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in specific circumstances determined by e28 bat (such as an event being cancelled). In live betting, markets may close at any time.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Draws

• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally voided and the stake is returned.
• In the case of a draw result, the applicable bet policy will depend on the type of event.
• If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical error, e28 bat may declare that round void.

6.3 Maximum Payout

e28 bat sets a maximum payout limit for each betting market and game. This limit may vary by market and event and is displayed separately on the platform.

6.4 Incorrect Odds or Payouts

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed for any reason, e28 bat reserves the right to void the relevant bet or settle it according to the correct odds. If a member becomes aware of such an error, they should notify the support team immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e28 bat:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other members to guarantee bets or avoid losses.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software, exploit bugs, or carry out any other technical manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.
• Collecting or using other members' personal information with the intent to harm them.

8.1 e28 bat's Rights

e28 bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If documents required for identity verification are not received in time.
• If suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud is found.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (with prior notice).

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be cancelled.
